On your return journey our waiting chauffeur will be there to greet you in the arrivals lounge - with our ‘Home James Chauffeur Services’ identification board clearly showing your name - you will not be missed. Whenever possible, we will assign the same chauffeur to your outward and return airport transfers to aid recognition. Your flight times are tracked by us, so whatever time your flight lands our chauffeur will be in place to meet you.
Should you find yourself delayed in customs or baggage reclaim, do not despair - We will not leave without you. Your transfer price includes a one-hour waiting allowance from the time your flight is due to land (confirmed by the airport ) . This should ensure that you have sufficient time to get through the airport arrival formalities. In the unlikely event of disembarkation taking longer than one hour - a charge of £20 per hour (charged at 15 minute intervals) will apply.
All parking is charged at cost.
For Corporate clients - We have a wealth of experience in the private aviation sector. Our experienced chauffeurs will drive you up to your aircraft* and transfer your luggage on board.
On your return, we will keep track of your progress and ensure your chauffeur is at your arriving airport in plenty of time to meet you. Again your chauffeur will be happy to drive out to the aircraft* to greet you and transfer your luggage from the aircraft to our vehicle.
